Canadia Bank unveils refined CORE VALUES

Canadia Bank, one of the long-established and leading commercial banks in Cambodia, has introduced its refined core values to the employees as part of its efforts to further achieve the goal of being the “Best Bank in Cambodia”. These refined core values are Trust, Ownership, Performance-Driven, Innovation, and Customer Focus or TOPIC. These values serve as the guiding principles of employees to provide exceptional services to both internal and external customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

As part of its digital transformation strategy, Canadia Bank believes that the refined core values drive the team’s performance as the Bank innovates its products and services to cater to customers' evolving needs. As a leading commercial bank in Cambodia, Canadia Bank has taken steps to enhance its digital banking services including the introduction of the new Canadia Bank App and launching Smart Bank Centers with self-service digital devices to make banking more convenient and accessible for the customers.
