The award ceremony took place on the morning of Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Center (OCIC) in Phnom Penh, as part of the celebration of the 139th Anniversary of International Labour Day, held under the theme “Together for Decent Work and Sustainable and Resilient Growth.” The event was presided over by His Excellency Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
