New Training Center Reinforces Canadia Bank’s Commitment to Continuous Learning

Canadia Bank, one of Cambodia’s most established and leading commercial banks, proudly announces the official opening of the Canadia Bank Training Center located at The Elysee Tower, Koh Pich. The launch event, held on May 24, 2025, was attended by the Bank’s senior management team and marked a key milestone in Canadia Bank’s strategic focus on workforce development.

The state-of-the-art Training Center reaffirms the Bank’s commitment to empowering its employees through continuous learning, capacity-building, and innovation. Purposefully designed with flexible training rooms and dedicated self-learning zones, the facility provides an inspiring environment for upskilling, collaboration, and creative thinking.

Completed in mid-May 2025, the Center is envisioned as a Hub for Growth and Innovation. It will serve as the venue for a wide range of development initiatives, including high-impact training programs, personal and professional development workshops, collaborative meetings, and engaging events such as breakfast talks. These efforts aim to equip employees across all levels with the skills and mindset needed to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing banking landscape.

Reflecting on the momentous occasion, Mr. Raymond Sia, CEO and Executive Board of Director of Canadia Bank, shared:

“The opening of this Training Center marks a major step forward in our commitment to continuous learning and capacity-building for our people. This Center is more than just a facility—it’s a long-term investment in the growth and development of every employee, at every level of the Bank. From frontline staff to senior leadership, we all have a role to play in building a stronger and more agile workforce. My sincere appreciation to the Human Resource Division and all involved for bringing this vision to life.”
