POSITION DESCRIPTION

Carry out the day-to-day processing of trade transactions with both internal and external customers.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Review all trade product transactions and documents in accordance with the Policy and Procedure and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Draft/Review SWIFT messages before delivering them to the Head of Trade Business.
  • Ensure that the requisite post-transaction follow-up activities are performed in a timely manner.
  • Advisory to clients regarding trade services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant ICC rules and publications.
  • Provide applicable coaching to senior officers and officers on relevant ICC rules.
  • Prepare periodic reports.
  • Assist in developing trade project(s).
  • Perform other tasks at the assignment of the Trade Operation Manager and Head, Trade Business.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in a major in Banking, Finance, Business, or an equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in trade operations or trade finance. 
  • Possess knowledge of ICC rules and publications.
  • A proven team player with excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer, and Chinese is an advantage.
  • High attention to details and can multi-task.
  • Be proactive, open-minded, smart-working, and self-disciplined.
  • Be able to work independently, under pressure, and as a team. 
  • Be objective, accountable, and honest.
