POSITION DESCRIPTION
Carry out the day-to-day processing of trade transactions with both internal and external customers.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Review all trade product transactions and documents in accordance with the Policy and Procedure and applicable compliance requirements.
- Draft/Review SWIFT messages before delivering them to the Head of Trade Business.
- Ensure that the requisite post-transaction follow-up activities are performed in a timely manner.
- Advisory to clients regarding trade services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant ICC rules and publications.
- Provide applicable coaching to senior officers and officers on relevant ICC rules.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in developing trade project(s).
- Perform other tasks at the assignment of the Trade Operation Manager and Head, Trade Business.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in a major in Banking, Finance, Business, or an equivalent in a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in trade operations or trade finance.
- Possess knowledge of ICC rules and publications.
- A proven team player with excellent organizational and management skills.
- Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer, and Chinese is an advantage.
- High attention to details and can multi-task.
- Be proactive, open-minded, smart-working, and self-disciplined.
- Be able to work independently, under pressure, and as a team.
- Be objective, accountable, and honest.
