DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Process trade product transactions/documents in accordance with the policy and procedure and applicable compliance requirements.
- Filing the proper document of each trade product after processing. Liaise with the customer on their needs and deliver satisfactory customer service to the customer.
- Check daily reports to update the status and tracking report for trade transactions due.
- Draft SWIFT messages.
- Coordinate with internal departments/branches on the processing of trade transactions.
- Respond to inquiries on trade products from trade customers, internal departments, and branches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant ICC rules and publications.
- Perform other tasks in relation to trade transactions.
- Perform other tasks at the assignment of the line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in a major of banking, finance, business, or equivalent in a related field.
- Have working experiences 0-1 year in trade operation/trade finance/operation base.
- Possessing knowledge of ICC rules and publications is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer, and Chinese is more advantageous.
- High attention to details and can work multi-tasks.
- Be proactive; smart working; self-discipline; well-time management.
- Be able to work independently, under pressure, as a team.
- Be objective, accountable, and honest.
