POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and selling bank products to customers, making for an easy and friendly banking experience through the identification and meeting of their transactional needs.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Provides superior and consistent advice and service to customers either by telephone or face-to-face with the following protocol at all times: Greet, Smile, Thank you, Personalize.
- Checking and printing all kinds of tax payments accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.
- Ensure transactions via Quick Tax are processed on time and accurately.
- At the end of the day, consolidate the tax payment receipt for BSS.
- Ensure the reports from the tax system and the T24 system match at the end of the day.
- At the end of the day, consolidate the TPR used.
- Ensure daily transfer of revenue account 10% on time.
- Ensure strict adherence to the bank's rules, regulations, policies, procedures, manual, working guidelines, and instructions.
- Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, including life insurance.
- Must undertake any other work as assigned.
- Code of Conduct: Must strictly adhere to the Bank's Code of Conduct, Guidelines, and Human Resources Policies and Procedures to ensure the professionalism of the Bank and take immediate action to stop and report to the superior, senior management, and internal control of any violations or misconduct.
QUALIFICATION
- Hold a bachelor's degree or be pursuing year 4, semester 2 in English, banking & finance, accounting, or an equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Operations section.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- Pleasant and friendly personality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy, in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel.
