POSITION DESCRIPTION
Handle performing facility and non-performing facility in the SME Lending Department (H.O).
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow up on and monitor performing loan and non-performing loan accounts by conducting site visits to engage customers to resolve the overdue payment through normalization, payoff, restructuring, partial payment, rescheduling, and/or any other resolution scheme.
- Prepare notification and demand letters for delinquent customers and perform site visits in accordance with established procedures.
- Manage the accounts classification, provisioning, write-off processes, and credit proposal for delinquent accounts for management's review and approval.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports ensuring the status of delinquent accounts is regularly updated to support management's decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in International Business Management or other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Highly motivated, patient, committed, and other.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and flexible
- Good at computer skills.
- Good at English both writing and speaking
- Be able to travel to provinces.
