DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Review loan applications for SME customers: analyze applicants' credit history, customer characteristics and business outlook, investment, repayment capacity and associated risk in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- To perform credit analysis in evaluating an applicant's loan request in order to determine creditworthiness and mitigate key/ material credit issues.
- To check on credit proposals including consistency of information state in loan application request with credit memo in order to make recommendation on approving or declining of loan requests.
- Communicate with branches and business units to obtain missing information and/or to get answers to any credit related questions as needed.
- Propose appropriate credit recommendation with proper covenants based on the Bank credit guidelines, policies & procedures relevant approval authority. Maintain compliance at all times.
- Present credit assessment in front of management when is required.
- Play an active and constructive role in identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of credit process.
- Assist in assessment report or/and administrative functions of the department, if needed.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Qualification in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or its equivalent.
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience related to credit.
- Numerate with good credit analysis skills and naturally inquisitive mind.
- Well organized, meticulous, able to handle multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- High proficiency spoken or written of English language.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Skill in problem solving and negotiation is advantages.
