DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide good impression to customers following GSTP Superiors Customer Service.
  • Conduct daily sales activity in the lobby in order to promote banking products and services to both new and existing customers, and then refer them to specialist team for the first closed deal.
  • Physically standby at the branch's lobby at all times to be available for customers' inquiries or identify their needs by guiding them to the right service.
  • Encourage and educate customers to use alternative channels, i.e., ATM Machine, use CFC Drop Box, and Internet Banking at all times, etc.
  • Be professional and adhere to "can do and positive" attitude.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum proficiency in the English language and Chinese (if any).
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Flexible to work under pressure and willing to learn new things.
