POSITION DESCRIPTION

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing recruitment at Canadia Bank and sourcing strategies that result in optimum utilization of human resources, including delivering all recruitment activities of departments and branches while focusing on the recruitment process, ensuring the best possible talent is hired, and paying more attention to the involvement of people to ensure they are provided with a satisfactory customer experience, which is representative of Canadia Bank's image.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers in both branches and head office in order to determine current staffing needs and forecast recruitment needs.
  • Provide consultation to hiring manager and recommend innovative, sustainable and cost-effective recruiting strategies aligned with current and future business development plans.
  • Develop and create more imitative concepts on proactive acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Leverage on the applicant tracking system to manage all open requisitions and candidate pools.
  • Manage timely sourcing, tracking and hiring of quality candidates, communicate effectively and efficiently with all hiring managers regarding the staffing progress, identification and prioritization of staffing needs, and follow up on candidate interviews.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Leverage on the applicant tracking system to manage all open requisitions and candidate pipelines.
  • Manage team by providing guidance, coaching, and building their capacity and skills to ensure their high-quality performance.
  • Build network and new recruitment techniques in order to create talent pipeline.
  • Support HRBP teams on employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development Department on young talent program recruitment.
  • Participate in and assist Head of Talent Acquisition to implement strategic projects that aligns with the HR Service Division’s overall objectives and targets to support the needs of the business.
  • Other task assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • BA in human resource management, finance and banking or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in recruiting experience, proven success partnering with hiring managers to implement long term staffing and hiring strategies, strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills, proven abilities in staffing.
  • Good interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidate and gathering information for hiring decisions.
  • Good communicate in English and Chinese is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on employment issues.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Able to travel to various branch locations as needed.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Good computer competency (Microsoft Office: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
