POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for supporting site work like technical drawing layout, existing site survey, architectural work, supporting the team, following up on team-assigned work, reviewing drawings, quantity take-off, and related department coordination; following up with contractors on progress in order to provide a good look and standard; bringing up projects forward ontime withe goodquality;, andsaving.. Reportthe sitee issue tothe teamm leader.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Site inspection.
- Site issue evaluation.
- Site issue report.
- Site quantity takeoff.
- Site Progress Report.
- Existing and new build-up site survey.
- Gathering site information.
- Contractor payment evaluation and tracking.
- Site safety and health check.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with at least 1 year of experience.
- As a registered engineer from the board.
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, communication skill, Presentation skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and team player. Good in English (writing and speaking)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and another program relate to engineering work.
- Reading material specification.
- Reporting.
- Ability to work under high pressure to deal with concerned stakeholders and have high commitment.
- Able to travel to the province.
- Creative idea and new concept.
- Other related technical skills.
