POSITION DESCRIPTION

Check and review daily transaction settlement, and prepare a settlement list and fee charges, including Reconciliation between these merchant payment reports against the card scheme report to ensure the transactions are corrected to provide insights and recommendations to the Supervisor Merchant Settlement.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Generate KHQR/UPI QR/Alipay+/WeChat transactions from the T24 system.
  • Check and verify the KHQR/UPI QR/Alipay+/WeChat Settlement Report against the Merchant Settlement.
  • Report to ensure it's correct and matches.
  • Download Report from NTTDATA System.
  • Download Report from WeChat Portal.
  • Download Report from SDK & PG Report.
  • Reconciliation transactions from NTTDATA with WeChat Portal and Settlement report from NTTDATA.
  • Daily generated daily Merchant Payment Report after IT Card batch run in SVBO system.
  • Reconcile between these reports against Card Scheme Report with Merchant Payment Report to ensure the transaction amount is corrected.
  • Monitor transactions of merchants with a high amount of suspicious transactions, and request that the merchant provide supporting documents to pass to ASO for Card center approval before process settlement amount to merchant account.
  • Receive Sale Slip, Sale Summary form, Guarantee Form (if any), and other supporting documents from Merchant /Branches, then print them out for checking and monitoring.
  • Prepare Settlement list KHQR/UPIQR/ALIPAY+/WeChat.
  • Prepare merchant settlement list especially at TlA that requires special settlement workflow for both the daily transaction settlement and fee charges.
  • Prepare Merchant settlement list for Credit amount to merchant's account.
  • Prepare Merchant Settlement list for Merchant e-Arrival/ Settlement for e-Viso.
  • Prepare Merchant Settlement list merchant Amex, Largardere's (KT&KTI).
  • Prepare Merchant Settlement list merchant BROWN COFFEE.
  • Prepare Transactions EDC, MDR and posting into system T24.
  • Prepare Monthly MDR Settlement for merchant.
  • Prepare and Send Monthly report for WeChat Standee, MDR, WeChat QR to Management.
  • Upload Merchant payment file and run batch settlment amount to merchant account.
  • Books data to system E-Visa.
  • Processed all cashback promotions related to debit/credit Card Campaign to customer.
  • Check and review transaction errors and re-batch received from Merchant service team.

QUALIFICATION

  • University Degree in Banking & Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel & Other.
  • Working experience in accounting section.
