POSITION DESCRIPTION
To be a custodian and system in charge (SIC) of supporting applications as a system administrator (view only) and maintaining application users, which are under IT Operations systems, to ensure that all services are running smoothly and comply with company guidelines and policies.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
All related applications that are under IT Operations systems
- Support and resolve all technical issues that are related to applications.
- Set supporting guidelines by providing standard operating procedure.
- Facilitate the application support team to monitor and execute operational tasks properly.
- Maintain and review user profiles and the user access matrix per regular schedules.
- Daily monitoring of related application services via Enterprise Monitoring Systems and related systems.
- Record & track all related issues in the Ticket Management System.
- Deploy patches/packages/programs from the internal team/vendor to the UAT environment.
- Testing performance on the mobile app and all applications on the patch/package/program before deploying to the production system.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management.
- Document all change system management.
- Report to the manager regularly and give monthly and annual reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to follow up on their work as assigned and provide team members with an objective or goal.
- Delegate each team member with specific tasks and timelines to complete.
- Set and review KPl/Goal and evaluate the team members yearly.
- Support technical justification on system license renewal under IT Operations.
- Support technical testing before the project goes live.
- Support internal and cross departments as per management's assignments/projects.
Others
- Contribute to the achievement of the bank's objectives and goals.
- Assigns each team member with a specific task and timeline to complete.
- Must undertake other work as assigned and complete it with an accurate report within the deadline.

- Hand phones must be turned on and available for calls and support 24 h/7 days.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Must strictly adhere to the Bank's Code of Conduct, Guidelines, and Human Resources Policies and Procedures to ensure the professionalism of the Bank and take immediate action to stop and report to superiors, senior management, and internal control any violations or misconduct.
QUALIFICATION
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with developing applications/systems for banking systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with banking application systems.
- Be able to write programming languages like C/C++, Java, VB.net, SQL Query script, and XML.
- Be able to administer Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, and Linux/Sun Solaris OS.
- Honest, hardworking, reliable, creative, and willing to learn more with new skills.
- Be able to work overtime or at nighttime in case of maintenance.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English.
