DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the department head and managers in executing strategies aimed at increasing transaction volumes and fee income for the SWIFT remittance business and international instant payment services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assist in the operational setup, documentation, and testing of product/process developments for both OTC and digital banking channels.
- Actively monitor day-to-day product performance, compile transaction data, and prepare regular analytical reports for management review.
- Conduct routine market research and competitor benchmarking to provide data-driven insights on product pricing, features, and profitability.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact to resolve inquiries and system/service issues raised by the sales teams, branches, and related departments.
- Track project timelines, coordinate follow-ups among internal teams, and ensure implementation milestones are met for remittance and payment initiatives.
- Collaborate with Branches and Marketing teams to distribute promotional materials and support campaigns to achieve target transaction volumes.
- Prepare training materials and conduct sharing sessions for branches and internal stakeholders regarding SWIFT remittance procedures and international instant payment features.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager or Managements.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree is required.
- Having at least 2 years of relevant banking experience to the role needed.
- Possessing effective communication skills with team, stakeholders across all BUs, departments, branches.
- Used to manage business projects including product, process development and relevant initiatives to improve transactional banking services.
- Fluent in English, Khmer and other languages.
- Having strong commitment to deliver assignment, project to be assigned, working on tight/urgent deadline completion once required.
- Having good work ethic, integrity and collaboration team spirit.
- Willing to learn new things and be adaptable for various working environment.
