POSITION DESCRIPTION
The incumbent is responsible for investigating and auditing head office and branch projects.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform investigation on Ad-hoc report or special assignment.
- Perform audit work-based tasks assigned in accordance with the audit program and audit procedures assigned by manager/head department including identifying risk/fraud.
- Review and update audit program, if any.
- Provide coaching to auditors and consulting for related issues.
- Review on credit documentation and prepare working paper in current audit file, transferring work-done into Team Mate, and review Auditor's work-done in Team Mate.
- Document findings/issues using judgment and submit to Manager/Head Department for review.
- Assist Manager in preparing and/or prepare draft audit reports.
- Lead customers' site visits.
- Build and maintain good relationship with teams, managements and staffs of areas under review.
- Comply with standards of professional conduct of auditors of confidentiality
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Code of Conduct: Must strictly adhere to the Bank's Code of Conduct, Guidelines and Human Resources Policies and Procedures to ensure the professionalism of the Bank, take immediate action to stop and report to Superior, Senior Management and Internal Control of any violations or misconducts.
QUALIFICATION
- Experience in audit and accounting for at least 2 years.
- University degree in banking & finance, economics, or business administration.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Good communication skills, able to work under pressure.
- Good writing and speaking in English. Ability to have a questioning mind to identify root cause of issue is a plus.
