POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire a Senior Manager Data Analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set including Business Intelligence, Digital Business Data, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Merchant, Regulatory report etc. developing all king of reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
A Senior Manager Data Analyst and its team will gather data from various sources internally, externally and then reviews and interprets it using data analysis tools to provide meaningful information and insights to help businesses make better-informed decisions. This could be decisions about any aspect of business, for example Marketing, Products/Service pricing, Business development, Operations excellence, Market need prediction, Consumer Behavior, Market trend, Competitive climate etc. - all of which can help to create a competitive advantage for the bank in the marketplace.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Managing and training Data Analysis junior team members.
- Develop records management data processes and policies.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of work processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data processes from Datawarehouse to data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track business key performance indicators.
- Develop and support reporting processes.
- Monitor and audit data quality.
- Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Design and carry out online surveys and analyze survey data when needed.
- Manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the Digital's business including Merchant, POS, Credit Card, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Bill Payment etc.
- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools like Tableau etc.
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations when needed to help all digital business team monitoring their business and sale performance.
- Mine and analyze large datasets from Datawarehouse, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
- Managing & and Monitoring Data Analysis Tool (Tableau, Power BI).
- Tracking and Analyzing Digital Banking business transaction to understand about our consumer behavior; then make recommendation about business improvement, development to capture every opportunity you could identify.
- Work closely with other team (Data Governance, Data Architecture, IT, Business, Marketing, Compliance, Audit, Cyber Security etc.) for successfully project delivery.
- Other duties assigned from management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistic, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Having experience from financial sector is a plus.
- Preferably at least 4 to 6 years' experience working in data analytics roles.
- Proficient with programming language (SQL, Python and other languages.)
- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools - Tableau etc.
- Digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirement for dashboard development.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand from audients in every level.
- Problem solving skills.
- Communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
