POSITION DESCRIPTION

Senior Officer, Core Banking Support, is responsible for providing support to the bank's IT core banking support team and overseeing the day-to-day support of the bank's IT operation and infrastructure. This includes working with the IT Core Banking Support to develop and implement support plans, managing and resolving customer issues, and troubleshooting IT operations problems.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Work with the Core Banking Support Supervisor to develop and implement support plans for the bank's IT operations.
  • Support on resolving customer issues related to IT operations.
  • Troubleshoot IT operations problems and identify and resolve root causes.
  • Support the IT operations support team.
  • Monitor and analyze IT operations usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to integrate IT operations with other systems.
  • Run procedure end-close business (batch job COB).
  • Create/Modify/Delete user T24 System (Core-banking).
  • Respond working hours 7/24 rotate with teamwork.
  • Prepare document reports for the support manager.
  • Update package and apply patch on core banking.
  • Solve issue and correction on core banking.
  • Backup respond role Application Support Manager.
  • Core banking system monitors and is healthy.
  • Join upgrade and maintenance core banking.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the bank's objectives and goals.
  • Assigns each team member a specific task and timeline to complete.
  • Must undertake other work as assigned and complete it with an accurate report within the deadline.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the bank's objectives and goals.
  • Handphone must be turned on and available for call and support 24h/7day Compliance & Risk Management.
  • Must strictly adhere to the bank's code of conduct, guidelines, and human resources policies and procedures to ensure the professionalism of the bank and take immediate action to stop and report to superiors, senior management, and internal control of any violations or misconducts.

QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Understand the basic Linux operating system.
  • Understand programming languages (C, C++, Java, Jbase, database).
  • Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively.
  • Self- and team-motivated and high commitment.
  • Good in English speaking and writing.
  • Flexible, problem-solving.
  • Good communication, team motivation, and high commitment.
  • Understand the new system and requirements.
