DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Identifying market space for initiating the Consumer Unsecure Loan Products and Services.
- Conduct market research and analyses market segmentation, market size to identify client needs and opportunities of Consumer Unsecure Loan Product.
- Reviewing the performance of Consumer Unsecure Loan Products and Service to assess the application of the products in the market and find out the weakness and strength of the current products and services.
- Assisting the Manager of Consumer Unsecure Loan Product Development to define the products risk and requirements and ensure the successful unsecure loan product launch
- Assisting the Manager of Consumer Unsecure Loan Product Development to design the Consumer Unsecure Loan products features based on the market demand, and formulate manuals, and guidelines of each Consumer Unsecure Loan Products.
- Assisting the Manager of Consumer Unsecure Loan Product Development to prepare plan and deliver training and refresher course to relevant staffs on products and services
- Following up other stakeholder staff to ensure their implementation and documentations usage are in line with the Consumer Unsecure Loan Products manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Others work per assignation.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Working experience in consumer loan products or related area at least 2 years.
- Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively.
- Self and team motivated and high commitment.
- Good in English both written and verbal communication, Chinese is preferable.
- Good command in excel, date base, office computing skills, PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
- Flexible, problem solving.
