JOB SUMMARY
This role is designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve standardization, and strengthen internal control to ensure all loan products are disbursed following approval memo, procedure/guideline, and regulation.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure completeness andcorrectness on loan contracts, which are submitted by branches.
- All pre-drawdown conditions and fire insurance are fulfilled.
- Authorize loan information in T24 system following approval memo, procedure/guideline, and regulation.
- Collaterals are properly blocked at Sangkat or registered at the Cadastral Office. If the customer requests a predisbursement, the approval must be obtained.
- All post-drawdown conditions are properly recorded, and keep following up with branches to fulfill the conditions based on the provided timeframe in the memo.
- If a loan is pre-disbursed, keep updating from BM/DBM regarding the registration process at the Cadastral Office, then ask for supporting documents if the process is done.
- Ensure all loan products are disbursed following the approval memo, procedure/guideline, and regulation.
- Principal, interest rate, term, installment amount, payment method, BSC, fire insurance fee, etc. are properly booked in the T-24 system.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or Finance and Banking.
- At least 02 years' experience in BSO in-charge Loan Admin.
- Good spoken or written English.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded for changes and new ideas.
- Able to use Ms. Word and Excel.
- Highly motivated, commitment and good communication.
