POSITION DESCRIPTION
Perform duties of sales in a responsible local area and ensure the right, clear, enough, and on-time based on high efficiency.
DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow up to identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing, and developing appropriate information necessary for credit assessment, recommend, and complete all documents and forms.
- Follow up on the interview, do a field check, and prepare the documents. Follow up to maintain a good relationship with customers, dealers, and relevant local authorities.
- Follow up and support main daily working.
- Follow up on the daily sales report; gross sales are car loans and insurance and SVL.
- Visit the applicant (resident & business location and car quotation).
- Follow up to clarify the document requirements submitted.
- Challenge the loan to seek approval.
- Follow up to prepare the loan agreement.
- Follow up on the support disbursement process, pay off, and reschedule.
- Follow up on the car delivery process.
- Follow up on document completion after disbursement.
- Follow up on daily arrears collection.
- Follow up credit review.
- Follow up on vehicle tax payment collection.
- Follow up on insurance collection.
- Follow up vehicle technical inspection.
- Follow up on the CBC alert review.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Back up other RM.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree.
- More than 2 years of experience with microfinance, banking, or loan-related fields.
- Experience with leasing companies on motor & car loans.
- Ability to have good communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Honesty, high commitment, good teamwork.
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the internet & email.
