DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure all transactions included in the payroll lists are correct before posting.
- Ensure all the documents and information related to payroll received are clearly reflected in the payroll lists.
- Ensure figures accuracy on fixed and variable bonuses.
- Ensure accuracy in figures on allowances, incentives, and OT.
- Ensure accuracy of figures on salary increment, salary deduction, salary on resignation, compensation, salary for a new employee, and so on.
- Prepare monthly payroll, bonuses, and other allowances for staff in the Core Banking System.
- Input payroll data into the Core Banking System.
- Ensure and verify tax computation based on supporting documents in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
- Report immediately any errors or discrepancies to the head of the internal payroll department.
- Ensure that all the supporting documents are kept in good condition and ready for authentication when required.
- Must perform other duties as assigned by the head of the internal payroll department.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in major accounting, banking, or finance or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer, and Chinese is an advantage.
- Well-known Microsoft Office, e.g., MS. Word, MS. Excel.
