POSITION DESCRIPTION

The LOS Admin Officer provides support to all users of the LOS (Loan Originated System) and prepares admin documents related to the IT of any request related to the system.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the development of any requirement changes in the system.
  • Support fixing the production issue that has been accrued in daily implementation.
  • Facilitate and arrange the training material and schedule.
  • Daily support, giving advice and feedback to all users. 
  • Support for user creation and amendment.
  • Preparing a weekly or monthly report to the supervisor or manager. 
  • Other duties are assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Fresh graduate or work with the bank at least 1 year.
  • Good at communication.
  • Have accountability and working commitment.
  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree.
  • Can read, write, and speak English.
