DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordinate and manage all projects assigned to the Centralized Operations Division, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Break down projects into actionable tasks and assign them to team members.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
- Manage risks and dependencies across various Centralized Operations Division projects.
- Monitor project budgets and communicate spending variances to relevant parties. Consolidate data from various Centralized Operations Division projects to create clear and concise weekly reports that provide insights into overall performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Centralized Operations Division project management framework.
- Maintain clear and consistent project documentation.
- Other assigned tasks by line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Project Manager, Computer Science or related.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management role.
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English and Khmer).
- Fluency in Chinese language is an added point.
- Strong people skills.
- Certified in Project Management such as PMP, Prince is preferable.
- Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
