DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordinate and manage all projects assigned to the COD, ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Break down projects into actionable tasks and assign them to team members.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
- Manage risks and dependencies across various COD projects.
- Monitor project budgets and communicate spending variances to relevant parties.
- Consolidate data from various COD projects to create clear and concise weekly reports that provide insights into overall performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the COD project management framework.
- Maintain clear and consistent project documentation
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- PMP or Scrum certification is value added.
