POSITION DESCRIPTION

International Instant Payment Business Manager's role is to develop strategies to boost the transactions, volumes, and fee incomes of international instant payment businesses. Conduct research, analyze, and propose business opportunities to meet market demand.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage, review and update products/services to ensure customer satisfaction, product profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Understand the customer's needs and develop such products and processes with related stakeholders for both the OTC and digital banking channels for international instant payment services. 
  • Conduct research, analyze, and propose business opportunities to meet market demand.
  • Develop a strategy to boost the transactions, volumes, and fee incomes of international instant payment businesses.
  • Work with branches, marketing, and internal stakeholders to promote international instant payment businesses to achieve bank targets.
  • Monitoring products and service performance and preparing reports for management.
  • Be a contact person to respond to all inquiries from the sales team and related departments regarding international instant payment service issues and improvements.
  • Lead UAT, production testing and provide business input and feedback before product go-live.
  • Ensure the projects are properly managed and tracked to meet the project timeline for implementation.
  • Conduct training or sharing sessions for both internal and external clients related to the international instant payment business.
  • Other tasks are assigned by the line manager or management.

QUALIFICATION

  • A bachelor's degree or higher academic education is required.
  • Having at least 5 years of relevant banking experience for the role needed.
  • Possessing effective communication skills with team, stakeholders across all BUS departments and branches. Good leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Understand well about API connections and digital transformation.
  • Used to manage business projects, including product development, process development and relevant initiatives to improve transactional banking services.
  • Fluent in English, Khmer and other languages.
  • Having a strong commitment to deliver assignments, effective project management skill, working on tight/urgent deadlines when required.
  • Having a strong work ethic, commitment, integrity, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Willing to learn new things and be adaptable to various working environments.
