POSITION DESCRIPTION
The primary objective of this role is to be in charge of employee leave and attendance management. The role is to oversee all corners and any possibilities where necessary for improvement.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Follow up on the onboarding requirement document with employees based on onboarding's checklist before their probation end date.
- Ensure staff on the list who are reaching their probation end date are prepared to inform related stakeholders on time.
- Process probation for newly hired staff by keying in the information into an Excel file and issuing a confirmation proposal, job grade, and confirmation letter.
- Ensure all Staff Probation Confirmation Letters/JG Letters are sent to the employee & related department on time.
- Ensure all documents of the new employee are copied to the Payroll Department per the deadline.
- Ensure all staff profiles that have completed the probation process are properly filed, recorded, and scanned, and hand them over to the person in charge.
- To produce monthly reports.
- Consolidate Monthly New Hire Probation Report
- Manage the New Hired Report (salary increment for newly hired, new staff passed probation).
- Extend Probation, Tracking Outstanding, Completed, and In-Progress Cases Prepare BSC report and Follow up
Any other tasks will be assigned from time to time by the direct line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 years of experience in HR.
- Knowledge of the Cambodian labor law is an advantage.
- Well-understanding in general about HR processes and workflows is a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office), Internet, and email.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
