POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a high skilled and motivated Head of Premier Services to oversee all Premier Services Branches/Team. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining exceptional customer service, drive team to meet Bank's expectation in term of customer service satisfaction, customer relationship, productivities.


DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversee Premier Services at all launching branches including budgeting, planning, managing, implementation, and reflection.
  • Manage Premier Services' resource including selecting, monitoring, training, and evaluating.  
  • Lead Premier Services Team to provide best perform transaction banking for targeted customers to meet branches perspective.
  • Performance and productivity tracking/monitoring.
  • Identify ways to enhance the customer service experience to Premier Services team
  • Lead Premier Services Team to deliver personalized and memorable experiences to deepen customer relationship and customer engagement.
  • Lead team to build strong customer relationship from time to time thru visiting customer's business, phone call as well as social media connection,
  • Identify opportunities for new sign ups, referrals, upsell or cross-sell banking products and services.
  • Work closely with BM to identify key opportunity to improve Premier Services productivity
  • Think creatively to initiate key strategic to improve Premier Services to meet customer demand and beyond the market and meet bank's budget.
  • Support Premier Services issue/challenges by working with relevant stakeholder to deal customer complaint/key challenges from team and customer.
  • Build Premier Services branding awareness to target customer.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 04 years experience in related file
  • Able to converse English and/or Chinese
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer services and result-oriented personality
  • Problem solving and customer complaint handling skill
  • Digital concept and customer centric  
  • Creative and innovative
  • Open-minded for changes and new ideas.
