POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Digital Division Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and initiatives within the digital division. This role will require facilitating collaboration among all departments within the division, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and digital strategy.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Planning project management involves setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Coordinate with various teams/departments (internal stakeholders) to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to clarify and confirm business requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all departments to promote transparency and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Drive digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with design, technical, and product teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in division planning and budgeting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a digital environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and digital tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
