POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Manager, Corporate Lending Support, is responsible for reviewing the work of the CLS team on writing up credit / other request proposals, credit review, providing support on credit assessment, and managing the sales pipeline of their responsible region.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage sales pipeline of their responsible region.
- Work with Business Unit / Branches to review on Credit Applications / Proposals to make sure it is complied to the bank policies and guidelines and the completeness of documents.
- Review credit risks and ensure they are acceptable to the bank's risk appetite.
- Work with BUs / Branches to help them improve credit quality / applications from time to time.
- Ensure that bank policies and procedures are communicated and implemented by BU / Branches.
- Conduct business and collateral site visit for further recommendation and decision.
- Oversee due diligence and analysis of loans and new loan applications and provide recommendation.
- Review and oversee loan within segment, and help in Loan assessment and approval process.
- Ensure credit quality of the corporate’s loan portfolio including Branches.
- Establish proper credit assessment and evaluation controls within the retention structure that reduces and minimizes NPL.
- Perform tasks as per assigned by Head, Corporate Lending Support / Management.
QUALIFICATION
- Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferable in Banking and Finance or any related fields required.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences from Banks or MFI with positions such as: Loan/Relationship Senior Officer, Lending Support, Credit Analyst, Loan/Credit Control, etc.
- Excellent spoken and written in English.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, internet and E-mail.
- Be able to work under pressure, multiple tasks and tight deadline.
- Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and with deadline.
- Good interpersonal and excellent problem-solving skills.
