JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor, CIB Product Execution is responsible for managing the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of the company's Corporate Internet Banking platform. They serve as the central point of contact for businesses using the CIB platform, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of change requests and new feature development for the CIB platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Business Analysts, Developers, QA) to implement approved changes and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to business users on the CIB platform, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
- Gather user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for platform improvements and enhancements.
- Oversee the testing and verification of CIB platform changes prior to release.
- Monitor platform performance and work with the team to address any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to align the CIB roadmap with evolving business needs.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing the execution and support of enterprise-level business software.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking operations and the needs of business users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with IT, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
- Experience in leading training sessions and providing user support.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management best practices.
