POSITION DESCRIPTION

Corporate Deposit Relationship Manager's role is to manage the relationship with existing customers and onboard new potential Corporate Deposit customers by ensuring the best customer service experience is provided to the customer.

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Achieving sales growth and hitting sales targets as per the tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Develop your own and your team's own sales plan and strategy action to achieve the targeted sales performance and to ensure that those performances are in line with the department's and bank's strategy and direction.
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in the assigned customer
  • accounts.
  • Effectively manage the relationship with existing customers by ensuring the best customer service experience is being provided to the customer in order to expend the deposit portfolio and for cross selling purposes.
  • Onboarding new potential Strategic Corporate Deposit customers and building new potential business partners for business referral and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the operation team to ensure smooth processing during the customer service provided to the customer.
  • Handles customer complaints, daily banking requirements, and provides value-added solutions to customer.
  • Prepare and deliver a monthly/weekly/daily sales performance report to the to the line manager.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the line manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Master/Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or related majors.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a sales role in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of bank products and services and skills in handling corporate customers.
  • Good command in English, both written and verbal (being able to speak Chinese is preferable).
  • Abilities to work independently and as a team in an effective and efficient manner, be able to work under pressure and possess good time management skills.
  • Having experience handling multi-national corporate clients.
  • Effective negotiation, high initiative, and high commitment.
  • Strong leadership, people management, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
