DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Insurance collection (Purchasing new policy, renew, and prepare policy to keep in loan file).
  • Verify contract and other slip before sign or thump finger's customer to sign top managements for disburses loan and payment to dealer.
  • Check and open account for customer in loan system  
  • Check and operation transaction in loan system.
  • Monitor report car/motor registration card receive and SETFO and Keep car/motor registration card in order and safety.
  • Reconcile daily repayment between loan systems with bank account.  
  • Release loan file for RO request and other request.
  • Request and control Office Equipment of VEF Dept.
  • Prepare financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or relevant fields. Master Degree is preferable.
  • Working experience in this business area at least 5 years or other relevant area.
  • Ability to work effectively and build a great team to work cooperatively.
  • Self and team motivated and high commitment.
  • Good at English both written verbal and communication, Chinses is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, problem solving.
