DUTY &  RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide superior and consistent advice and service to customers either offline or online method.
  • Perform actual marketing plan to attract more customers, especially Chinese customers.
  • Support customers visiting for Deposit (CASA, FD), ITT, OTT/ Loan or specialized tasks, especially for Chinese customers.
  • Enthusuastically participates and support Sale Team, CSO, ATM, Merchant Service, Marketing Team and other tasks which ask for assist by Branch Manager.
  • Effectively cooperates and communicates with Sale Team, Marketing Department, Accounting Department and other departments of the bank to facilitate work effectively and timely.
  • Proactively determines customer's needs to actively sell the bank's full range of products and services to increase products holding of customers.
  • Consistently deliver quality service to valued customers to achieve total customer satisfaction and/or excellent customer service skills and work as a team with other staff to provide excellent customer services to customers.
  • Ensure on growing bank's transactional (CASA, FD, ITT, OTT, Payroll, Loan, etc.).
  • Ensure transactional processing is effeciently and accurately executed. Assists others where necessary.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
  • Work closely with Branch Manager to devise strategues for improving the overall performance of the branch.
  • Assist Branch Manager in attaining established branch's goals, annual business plan and proactively develop marketing strategies to improve branch merformance as well as to gain more market shares.
  • Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
  • Keep a close eye on the local competitors. Identify new market needs and profitable products and services opportunities, keeping Canadia Bank in the lead of competition.
  • Ensure strict adherence to bank's rules, regulations, policies, procedures, manual, working guidelines and insrtructions.
  • Must undertake other work as assigned and complete it with accurate report within the deadline.
  • Cover duty of other staff when necessary as assigned.
  • May perform duty as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or or other relevant majors are preferable.
  • Minimium 2 years of experience in banking field.
  • Able to converse English and/or Chinese.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer services and result-orented peronality
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Open-minded for changes and new ideas.
  • Able to use Ms. Word and Excel.
