POSITION DESCRIPTION
CBC support is to coordinated with CBC company to solving CBC matters of the bank, such as new enhancement, correct customer profiles, improve data quality, etc.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Upload monthly data to the CBC system within the first five days of each month to comply with NBC Prakas and CRSP requirements on consumer, commercial, dishonored check, and credit card data.
- Upload weekly data to the CBC system every Monday of the week for new loan disbursement and close account.
- Verify and ensure the quality and accuracy of the bank's loan portfolio data before and after uploading to the system.
- Provide a timely response to CBC Company regarding any data inquiries or issues.
- Verify monthly reports from CBC to ensure data quality alignment.
- Control and manage the invoice expenses for CBC usage by each branch or business unit for confirmation.
- Conduct a CBC enquiry (company enquiry) if there are any needs.
- Ensure all activities related to CBC comply with NBC Prakas, CRSPs, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Control and oversee all CBC users within each branch or business unit of our bank.
- Provide support and resolve any disputes or issues arising from CBC users or customers.
- Assign to keep the original loan officer resignation document following the guideline.
- Support the Credit Review team in processing cases and consolidating necessary documentation.
- Other duties are assigned by top management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the bank.
- Good in English, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- Highly motivated, committed, and good at communication.
