DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Assign the application to Credit Analyst under own assigned team with properly assessment of each workload and capacity in avoiding prolong decision turnaround time and ensuring the fairness and practical assignment to every Credit Analyst.
- Reassess and review the loan application submit by assigned Credit Analyst team to ensure the requirements are fulfilled and sound for decision making.
- Provide comment as well as recommendation for every review loan before extending to higher level for further decision.
- Proper and construction feedback to under supervision team in which any circumstance that require to improve the team productivities and quality as individual and the group.
- Directly communicate with the business unit and proposer for the necessary information to support their request if it is required.
- Assist and cover the daily operational as well as credit review in case the Consumer Credit Manger is absent or any circumstance may require.
- Keep tracking the quality and productivity of Credit Analyst under own supervision and quickly report to higher supervisor in event finding potential fraud, suspicious or hint of fraud collaboration of any subordinators under supervision.
- Join visiting and/or mission with Credit Analyst for site visit subject to having consent of higher supervisor.
- Other assigned tasks by senior management.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
- At least 2 years working experience in Credit Analyst Officer/Loan Officer or relevant fields.
- Ability to lead team.
- Good speaking and writing in English.
- Good in computer MS Word and Excel.
- Highly motivated, committed and good communication.
- Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
