POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is created under the direction of Senior L&D Manager and Head of Learning & Development. S/he must perform a variety of duties to support and maintain effective workflows of the whole department.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for all training expenses, including trainer allowance, training materials, and refreshment expenses.
- Manage L&D training rooms, such as room booking management, equipment management, coordinating with related stakeholders, etc.
- Manage all L&D assets, including training, filling, making purchase requests, fixing, and transferring.
- Design evaluation form and coordinate training evaluation, then send their evaluation result to concerned trainers and track all training evaluation results of trainers (in L&D and other departments).
- Create some survey forms and coordinate the evaluation/survey of the development program.
- Follow up and manage data on training absentees.
- Administer L&D Google Drive (including creating form evaluations, surveys, training evaluations, quizzes, etc., and creating QR scans/links).
- Administer the L&D Zoom channel and other digital/Con. Call channels that support training delivery.
- Prepare, print, and send the L&D Certificate to participants in both hard copy and E-certificate.
- Facilitate and arrange some training courses with line managers (customized training).
- Support the execution of L&D projects and programs.
- Track project timelines and deliverables, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.
- Handle other assignments from the line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance and Banking, or Business Management.
- 1-2 years experience in HR functions, preferably in L&D or performance management.
- Good data analysis and interpretation.
- Organizational skills—strong planning, organizational development, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, patient, highly committed, and able to work under pressure and multiple tasks per deadline.
