POSITION DESCRIPTION
Shall conduct site visit and resolve delinquent accounts that are more than 90 days past due.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Shall on at least weekly basis, generate a listing of delinquent accounts that are more than 90 days past due (except Strategic Business Segment).
- Conduct site visit on delinquent account together with Business Units.
- Negotiate repayment resolution with delinquent customers such as normalization, pay-off loan, restructuring and / or rescheduling.
- Submit repayment resolution to the Bank's Management for consideration.
- Shall on at least weekly basis, generate a list of delinquent accounts that are more than 90 days and above and liaise with Business Units to initiate legal action.
- Manage the accounts classification and provision process of delinquent accounts and ensure that appropriate classification and provision are according to each customer.
- Submit weekly report and monthly report to Manager NPL Resolution.
- Other duty as assigned by Manager NPL Resolution.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree of Finance and Banking or other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years in related experiences.
- High motivation, patient, high commitment, good communication and others.
- Good communication, problem-solving and flexible.
- Good at computer skills.
- Good English both writing and speaking Be able to travel to provinces.
