POSITION DESCRIPTION
The position of Product Marketing Specialist is to develop marketing strategy for the growth of business and support marketing activities that are requested by business units. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be required to identify the target segment of the products and develop the right marketing strategy to ensure sustainable growth.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage marketing campaigns for customers' awareness and acquisition of the Bank's products and services in line with business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to shape strategies that boost product awareness and usage.
- Coordinate with branches, business units, and all stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely, budget-compliant campaign execution.
- Develop campaign messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Monitor the campaign against business performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare reports and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Oversee production of campaign materials and manage supplier communications and documentation.
- Lead and execute projects assigned by the Product Marketing Manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business management, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales planning from the financial industry or an advertising agency.
- Familiar with data analysis and market research.
- Ability to work with cross-functional departments and external partners.
- Have good communication skills.
- Proactive in proposing new ideas with the ability to present the concept.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
