DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide superior and consistent services and transactions proving to customers via online service.
- Assist on customer account maintenance (Bakong, Mobile Banking & Internet Banking,).
- Ability to understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate digital solutions.
- Perform online KYC & AML Checking (half / full KYC)
- Digital products sale & services for more cross sell and referral.
- System admin support (block, release, user setup, delete)
- Ensure the implementing of bank’ regulation, policies, procedures, manual, working guidelines.
- Assist customers enquirers and complaint with proper escalation for solution.
- Understand the market situation and new technology related to online services.
- Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing 2nd years in Banking and finance.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service or sale.
- Be able to work with sift arranging, weekend and holiday
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Microsoft Words, Excel, Email, Online, Facebook, Telegram, Video conference.
