POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible to provide digital banking services to all customers in identifying their need and perform online transaction via hotline and online platform. This role will work closely with branch staffs to promote all bank products and services thru cross-sell referral and act as customer consultant to solve their daily banking issue and challenges.
DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide superior and consistent services and transactions proving to customers via online service.
- Assist on customer account maintenance (Bakong, Mobile Banking & Internet Banking,...).
- Ability to understand customer's needs and provide appropriate digital solutions.
- Perform online KYC & AML Checking (half / full KYC)
- Digital product sales & services for more cross-selling and referrals.
- System admin support (block, release, user setup, delete)
- Ensure the implementation of the bank's regulation, policies, procedures, manual, and working guidelines.
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints with proper escalation for solutions.
- Understand the market situation and new technology related to online services.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing 2 years in banking and finance.
- Must have good command of both spoken and written English, Khmer, and Chinese.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a customer service, retail, or call center environment.
- Respect and love work, commitment, and good communication.
- Good understanding of digital platforms.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate, Excel skills with advanced formulas.
