DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop a new pipeline for potential supply chain customers in an effective manner.
- Handle the transactions of the supply chain company and the dealer's transactions in an effective manner.
- Meet with internal and external supply chain companies and dealer customers for a closed deal.
- Follow up with a new potential supply chain company and dealer customer in order to gain new customers for the trade department.
- Build relationships with customers to increase banking products and services volume and transactions with the dealers through supply chain cooperation;
- Provide customer service and make sure supply chain companies and dealer customers are satisfied.
- Cooperate with the team or Branches/Department to cross-sell all banking products and services to supply chain companies and dealers, tracking and reporting for the lead trade business.
- Assist Head of Trade Business to do other tasks when required.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in the major of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a bank.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Very good knowledge of speaking and writing English, Khmer and Chinese is an advantage.
- Proven track record in a sales environment.
- Proven customer service skills and target orientation.
- Proactive, friendly (humble), open-minded, smart-working, active people, self-discipline.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure as a team.
- Works with integrity.
- Objectivity, accountability, and honesty.
