JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for supporting the daily work of acquiring and issuing card transactions in order to avoid the impacts and provide the good services to internal/external parties that are related to CMS and SWITCH processing.
Support technical issues of NBC reconciliation for CSS.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintaining logs from all Smart Vista environments.
- Support and solve issues related to card issuance from the T24 and CMS systems.
- Maintaining SIT / UAT / Pre-Pro configuration on application and patch deployment.
- Responsible for technical issue troubleshooting/fixing, change requests, and support on issues from the business team related to the CMS system with internal & external stakeholders and the system vendor and other project implementation on the CMS system.
- Monitor and optimize CMS system performance, ensuring service connectivity with integrated systems.
- Support system environment setup/maintenance in SIT/UAT/Pre-Pro, configuration on application, patch deployment, and API.
- support operating as such, clearing processing, BIN file uploading, editing the package of file exchange with international card schemes, statement generating, auto debit, and other tasks.
- Support system updating for business release from international card schemes and local other assignments and tasks assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Experience in the banking card system.
- Knowledge in working with ATM and POS.
- Knowledge of card schemes (VISA, MasterCard, UPI).
- Skills: Microsoft Office, coding in Java, C#, and ASP.NET.
