DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Check ticket system to solve transaction dispute that complained by cardholder (ATM log and CCTV)
- Check transaction dispute that alert by system (ATM log and CCTV)
- Check transaction issue base on “ATM Cash withdrawal reconcile investigate” form for accounting (ATM log and CCTV)
- Request CCTV record for check transaction dispute from CCTV Team through email
- Daily monitoring CanaPay wallet application as schedule planned.
- Update flag, Scan, print dispute transaction and passed to ATM account department
- Received call from internal staff and support them related to authorization transaction issue or CMS frontend application issue
- Testing new patch and provide feedback from-to vender.
- Build script for MIS report tool base on operation/Accounting/Merchant requirement
- Other task that assigned by management
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate or one-year experience
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to write script of MIS report
- Anticipate and handle critical situations
- Ability to thrive in change. Fast, flexible, cooperative work style
- Be able to work overtime or on holiday
