POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, responsible for ensuring reliable acquiring services by resolving and tracking equipment hardware and software issues. Improved productivity and merchant cross-sale.

DUTY &RESPONSIBILITY

  • Merchant history check (new and existing merchants).
  • Review and process new merchant applications onboarding for SmartPOS, eCommerce, and Statics KHQR.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including documentation verification and risk assessment, to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up to request missing/pending/lacking document of merchant agreement with related entity or sale team to ensure following bank procedures.
  • Prepare the disablement processing form to be captured into the system for merchant termination.
  • Prepare daily sales reports for merchants and management about sales transactions.
  • Support with Merchant Services, Card IT, and Merchant Business (Sales teams HQ/Branches) to ensure smooth activation of merchant onboarding.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and other requests from merchants and management.
  • Contact for merchant inquiries regarding application status to related stakeholder.
  • Liaise with merchants to collect missing information or clarify application details.
  • Provide guidance on bank products and services during onboarding to sales teams.
  • Collect, review, and maintain accurate records of merchant documents.
  • Ensure all merchant agreements, KYC requirements, and legal documents are proper.
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to resolve any discrepancies.

QUALIFICATION

  • University Degree in Baking & Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in card management system or other similar experience.
  • Understanding the root cause of issues before solving the problems and escalating to a superior.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
