POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, responsible for ensure reliable of embossing, by resolving and tracking equipment hardware and software issues.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Request daily plastic cards from IT Admin for embossing.
- Emboss and Print all card Credit and Debit.
- Perform laser engraving for MCS cards.
- Encode perso chip and Strip card data for SEM/ VTM card.
- Create product layout when have new card product.
- Coordinate with vendors for machine maintenance.
- Work CMS team for Xpressi and Key Master.
- Monitor the license status of the Embossing System.
- Support UAT testing relate to card Embossing/Printing/Encoding.
- Complete tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION
- University Degree Bachelor in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Preferably in the Bank sector or related.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Good in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
