POSITION DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for daily checking and verifying all the debit cards and pins with the daily dispatch sheet file, daily preparing and verifying all debit cards, credit cards, and pins sent to all branches, handling all the problems related to debit card and pin sending, supporting all branches related to the debit and credit card operation function in the system, monthly checking and controlling the debit and credit card issuing reports.



DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Daily check all the debit, credit card, and pins with the daily dispatch sheet file.
  • Daily check and packaging of all debit, credit card, and pin sending to all branches.
  • Support all branches regarding debit, credit card, and pin sending and collection.
  • Handle all the problems related to debit card and pin sending.
  • Support all branches related to functions in the card system.
  • Keep controlling for all cash replenish 's keys with ATM Machine.
  • Ensure the work follows the process and guidelines. 
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the Card Operation Manager.
  • Join Project Smart Vista.
  • Receiving all documents from branches and verifying to make sure the document is completed.

QUALIFICATION

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, banking, or finance.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, such as Word, Excel, and Email. 
  • Good communication skills, including English proficiency. 
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strongly commitment.
