POSITION DESCRIPTION
The incumbent is responsible for assist in improving loan file quality, valuation check, NPL assist as well as improving the audit rating.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Managing Business Quality Control Team.
- Ensure approved business quality control plans are achieved.
- Report to Head of Business Quality Control and Head Risk Management Division.
- Directly supervise, coaching, and consult with BQCs standby at branches to ensure that works are performed in accordance with JD and policies/ procedure.
- Enhance Key-done review, quality of work perform are consistent with BQC policy and procedure.
- Assist Business Units to do inspection for any suspicious cases reported.
- Analyze the trend of loan growth by portfolio and note down if any suspicious.
- Perform spot check on BQC officers/Senior to ensure the qualities.
- Assist Head Department to access and identified issue/risk related to operation and loan or any process gaps.
- Conduct site visit on customer's business, collateral, checking on collateral valuation and loan quality of Branch/Unit.
- Ensure that team understands job scope and delivery the report to Head as agreed timeframe.
- Review the team works and deliver report to Head Department within quality.
- Provide training team and update team for all new issued, guideline, process, memo or policy at least once per year.
- Maintains confidentialities of the bank and customer affairs in according with bank's code of conduct. Performs related works as assigned by Head Department and Division.
QUALIFICATION
- University degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, economic or other related fields.
- At least 3 years experiences in internal audit.
- Good communication skill, able to work in a challenging environment.
- Good time management skill.
- Good spoken/written English.
- Ability to have a problem-solving skill and possess professional skeptic.
