POSITION DESCRIPTION
The position is responsible for driving, managing implementation, and delivering exceptional sales results for bancassurance businesses that follow annual sales plans through managing day-to-day operations and training and coaching corporate banca agencies. The position requires working closely with all branches, business units, and the Sovannaphum Life Assurance team.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Drive sales of banca across branches and BUS that are assigned to them.
- Work closely with branches, BUS, and Sovannaphum Life Assurance Company to identify life insurance needs and product opportunities to fulfill customers' requirements.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to set up KPls for their individual divisions and branches and make sure that the KPls are achieved.
- Conduct branch site visits to study the business environment and discuss business plans and strategies as well as performance results with all relevant business units to drive the business.
- Cooperation with relevant divisions as well as SVL to settle customer complaints, claims, and other challenges on time and effectively.
- Closely collaborate with the team of the SVL company to conduct training programs for its own staff and branch staff on product selling and soft skills to increase the productivity of the staff.
- Other duties as assigned by line manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales leading role in banking/insurance.
- Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, motivation, decision making, and influencing skills will be essential.
- Good knowledge of insurance product both life and non-life insurance product will be essential.
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
- Result-oriented, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
