ATM & SSM Project Manager

DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist Head of ATM in ATM Business Development area including new machine deployment and new digital initiative.
  • Work closely with vendor and local team to implement new self-service solutions, such as Video Teller Machine (VT), cheque deposit machine, video banking solution, etc.
  • To be in-charge for development and integration of ATM and Self-Service solutions, including but not limited to cooperation with Chinese vendors/suppliers.
  • Provide regular update on project status to management.
  • Provide required support for ATM operation and business.
  • Support implementation of new features for ATM and other self-service and digital solutions.
  • Manage the assigned projects end-to-end, from requirement, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation stages.
  • Any other task assigned by Head of ATM and management.

QUALIFICATION

  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects preferably ATM related project.
  • Experience in resolving AT and self-service solutions technical issue or related field.
  • Experience in AT switch certification process such as UAT, software upgrade, log collection, etc.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware & software (ATM machines, self-service machines, etc.).
  • Experience in vendor management for at least 3 years.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
