DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparing Drawing for Approval.
- 2D Drawing.
- Perspective View Drawing.
- Concept Drawing Branch Renovation Drawing.
- As Build Drawing.
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Consult with owner to determine their requirements.
- Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures.
- Organize and manage permit documents.
- Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
- Modify existing plans and elevations to fit owner needs.
- Site visit and Survey for new build up and Renovate.
- Architect BOQ.
- Reporting to head of property management unit.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree in architect at less 3 year.
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, communication skill, Presentation skill, problem solving, team work and team player, Good in English (writing and speaking)
- Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point, AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-ray, photo shop, Lumia and another 3sDMax program relate to architect work.
