POSITION DESCRIPTION
Suspense Local Transfer HO, Listing Advance Petty Cash, and Deposit ATM Rental.
DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Daily checking transactions, suspense local transfer HO, and update listing
- Daily transfers to reverse PL expenses: health checkups, returned salaries, short-notice school fees,
- Daily transfers to PL income: audit confirmation, renew staff ID and ensure it is recorded with adequate supporting documents, and immediately follow up.
- Daily update listing advance petty cash and attaching request petty cash with payment voucher
- Daily update listing deposit, ATM rental, and supporting documents.
- Monthly reconcile listings with the T24 system.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, and email).
- Knowledge of the English language.
