Canadia Bank, one of the long-established and largest commercial banks in Cambodia, signed a Credit Facility Agreement with Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of Thailand on 31st October 2022 in Bangkok. Canadia Bank is the first bank in Cambodia that EXIM Thailand collaborated on the credit facility initiative.
Under the credit facility agreement, Canadia Bank secures new funding source from EXIM Thailand to provide business loans to investors and entrepreneurs of Thai franchises and/or related businesses in Cambodia that purchase goods, products, and/or services from Thailand.
With a strong corporate business portfolio, Canadia Bank is always looking for ways to support Corporate and SME businesses with competitive financing schemes for their expansion plans and in return, contribute to the Kingdom’s economic development. This goal is aligned with EXIM Thailand’s objectives to promote and support Thai exports and other investment expansions regionally.
