• 7.5 % p.a from ( > $ 200,000 or KHR equivalent )

• 8 % p.a from ( ≤ $200,000 or KHR equivalent )

2. USD

• 8 % p.a (> $ 200,000 )

• 8.5% for p.a ( ≤ $200,000)

Loan to value

• Up to 90%

Loan amount

• ≥ USD10,000 KHR equivalent

Loan term

• Up to 300 months

• Housing Related Purposes

- Improve/ decorate residential home

- Furniture purchase

- Refinancing home equity loans from other institutes

• Non-Housing Related Purposes

- Automobile purchase

- Other personal

• Hard title

Bank service charge

• 1%

Legal fee

• USD250 KHR equivalent

Property evaluation

• Free

Fire insurance

• Free fire insurance for the second year if the customer has a satisfactory repayment record (no late payments) in the previous 12 months.

Pre-payment charge

• 3% on partial or paid off amount during first 5 years and no charge thereafter
