Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking or related field
  • Good speaking in Chinese and English
  • Good computer skill
  • Be able to work under pressure.


  • Provide superior and consistent advice and service to customer either by telephone and face-to-face with the following protocol at all times: Great, Smile, Thank You and Personalize
  • Perform operational daily transactions, ensures with all input transactions into the T24 system by promptly and accurately and must strictly comply with bank policies, procedures and process working guidelines
  • Proactively determines customer’s need to actively cross-selling CNB Group’s full range of products and services by evaluating, introducing and directing customers to make sure that all the requested are successfully
  • Approaching onboard and existing potential customers to enhance new business relationship
  • Contribute to the achievement of the bank objectives and department goals
  • Strictly comply with bank’s rules policies & instructions that relating to security and confidentiality of the bank
  • Work as a team with other staff to provide excellent customer services skills to VIP’s customer
  • Complete other task as assigned by Senior/Supervisor/Department Head.
